Cauliflower Buffalo Poppers

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Buffalo Poppers

  • 1 bag Cauliflower Florets
  • Spray oil

  • Buffalo sauce

  • ⅔ cup Frank's Red-Hot Sauce
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the bag of breaded cauliflower on it. Spray with spray oil and bake according to package directions. While the cauliflower is baking, whisk together the buffalo sauce. Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce and return to the sheet pan and bake for an additional 10 minutes. (It's okay to skip this step if you're in a hurry, but I highly recommend it if not!) Serve with ranch dressing.
