Hot Beef Stir-Fry

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. skirt steak, cut into 4-inch-long pieces, then cut against the grain into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • Salt and freshly-ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cubes Stir Fry Blend Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons freshly- squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cubes Crushed Garlic
  • 1 package Stir-Fry Blend

Directions

Season the steak with salt and pepper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, B'gan Stir-Fry Cubes, sugar and lime juice, until the sugar is dissolved. Coat beef with mixture and set aside.

In a large skillet, drizzle the olive oil and heat till simmering. Add the beef and cook, stirring until cooked through.

Remove beef from the skillet and allow the liquid in the pan to reduce until thickened. Add B'gan Garlic Cubes and cook for one more minute. Add stir-fry vegetables and continue cooking until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.  Lightly toss all ingredients to combine.
