Parmesan Poutine

Bake B'gan Steak Cut Fries according to package instructions. Heat B'gan margarine in a saucepan and melt over medium heat. Add B'gan crushed garlic cube and stir until softened and fragrant, but not browned. Add flour and stir continuously over medium heat until deeply golden. Slowly add stock, whisking continuously, and continue to whisk until the mixture comes to a boil. Add soy sauce and parmesan and continue to cook, continue to whisk, until mixture is smooth and thickened. Pour through a fine mesh sieve, if desired, for smooth gravy.

Sprinkle mozzarella over fries, pour gravy.
