Pulled Beef Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. second cut brisket
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 cubes Crushed Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth (or 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon beef broth powder)
  • 1 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 8 tablespoon Garlic Truffle Aioli

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

 

Rinse and pat meat to dry. Spread onion slices in a 9x13 pan and place brisket on top. Drizzle meat with oil and season with salt, pepper, and B'gan Crushed Garlic Cubes. Smear evenly over meat, then pour the BBQ sauce over the brisket.

 

Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 4 to 4 1/2 hours until fork-tender. Remove pan from oven and transfer the meat to a medium-sized bowl, reserving the gravy and onions for later. Shred the meat with two forks while meat is hot.

Raise oven heat to 350 degrees F.

 

Prepare three 8" B'gan Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts on two parchment-lined baking sheets. Smear Garlic Aioli over the three pie crusts. Next, spread shredded beef over the aioli and top each pie with the reserved onions and drizzle with 2 to 3 tablespoons gravy. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
