Refreshing Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 package Butternut Squash
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 5 pitted medjool dates
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon milled flax seeds, optional
  • Pinch of coarse salt if you're feeling adventurous

Directions

Steam the B'gan Butternut Squash until tender and cooled. Blend it with remaining ingredients until smooth. Note: The butternut squash takes the longest to prepare. Make it in advance for an easy grab-and-go breakfast.
