Hearty Breakfast Farina

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/3 cup Farina
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup toppings, chopped

Directions

In a small saucepan, bring the milk and salt to a boil. Whisk in the B'gan Farina. Reduce heat and simmer, whisking occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes, until thickened,

Spoon the farina into bowls and top with your favorite garnishes, such as nuts, raisins, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit. This dish is best served warm.
