B’gan Italian Blend Salmon and Grilled Vegetables Bowl

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless baked salmon filets
  • 1 cube Crushed Garlic
  • 1 cube Crushed Ginger
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • sesame seeds for garnish optional
  • 1 package Italian Blend
  • 1 cup Diced Onions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • black pepper
  • optional
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon duck sauce
  • 1-2 cups brown rice
  • seasoning optional

Directions

For the Salmon: prepare the Garlic Ginger Salmon Teriyaki recipe.

For the B'gan Italian Vegetable Blend sauté:
Sauté one cup B'gan Diced Onions in 1 tablespoon oil.
When golden add in frozen vegetables.
Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cook on medium heat until soft.
Add in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, pure Maple syrup, and duck sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes or until fork tender.

Rice:
Cook brown rice according to package direction.
Season with garlic salt, teriyaki sauce and 1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional.
