Onion Dip

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Diced Onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Sauté Diced Onions and salt over medium heat. Cook onions for about 20 minutes, until caramelized. Remove pan from heat and allow to cool. Mix together remaining ingredients and then add cooled onions. Refrigerate and stir before serving.
